Readership / Audience Analytics: Based on user behavior on your site and on the web, determine who your customer base is and what their information needs, likes, and desires are.

Search Keyword and Rank Analysis: Competitive search analytics used to identify the keywords and topics that business are competing for. Identify strategic content gaps and move to fill them.

Creative Recruitment and Management: Solutions which connect marketers with external content creators, allow them to manage freelance creative pools and pay content creators for their work.

Content Production Platforms: Solutions that provide the infrastructure for marketing teams and content producers to interact and take content from the ideation phase through assignment creation and completion, approvals and governance, finally publishing to channels and websites chosen by the marketer.

Content Curation: Solutions that provide marketers with access to external content. Brands can determine the topics and areas of interest to filter content. They can then add commentary or publish directly to owned properties to increase audience engagement.

Content Hosting Platform: Systems used to create and manage website content. These systems allow the authoring of web content as well as housing of that content in a database or repository. Authorized users can then publish the content to the web as well as edit and update content as needed.

Content Distribution and Amplification: In order for content to be discovered it must rank well in search engines or be supported with paid media across digital channels. These tools are designed to optimize content for discovery both through paid media discovery and organic discovery.

Content Performance Management: Every digital marketing channel has unique key performance indicators and metrics. These tools are useful for aggregating performance data across marketing channels. Access to the hard audience data (click data) and soft audience data (engagement data) are crucial for measuring the success of your marketing efforts.
