Samsung partnered with the Metro Vancouver Transit Police Department in using Samsung Smartphones and tablets loaded with the SceneDoc application. The partnership helped the Metro Vancouver Transit Police better manage case files, share information with other officers and departments, and save each officer one hour a day in paperwork time. Skyword produced a Case Study Video and social assets. The content focused on how the Digital Notebook assists the Vancouver Transit Police Department with automating data collection and improving policing decisions with real-time access to critical information. The resulting video gained some of the highest traction on Case Study Video on Samsung’s Insights.
