How does Skyword share your personal data?
To help manage our business and deliver our services we work with third parties. These third parties may need to have access to your personal data because we outsource certain functions of our business to them. The third parties that we work with include service providers whose infrastructure we are using, as well as those who enable customer support, email notifications delivery, internal office communications and task management, payments processing and analysis of your usage of our platform. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, Skyword performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations
These providers use cloud based applications and systems, which means that your personal data will be hosted on their servers, but under our control and direction. We require all our service providers to respect the confidentiality and security of data.

We may be under legal or regulatory obligations to share your personal data with courts, regulators, law enforcement in the US and in the EU. We may need to share or disclose your personal data when we seek to protect and defend our rights, property or safety, including enforcing contracts or policies, or due to investigation and prevention of fraud or security issues.
If we were to sell our business, we would need to transfer your personal data to the purchaser of our business.
