Introducing Skyword Help Center 2.0!

We’re excited to share information about our revamped Help Center to enrich your experience with Skyword. Over the past quarter, the Support team has been collecting all of the suggestions you’ve been giving us in order to improve the ways we help you. This is another way Skyword’s content marketing services help you achieve your business goals online.

Our latest advancement is the new Skyword Help Center, which you can visit when you’re stuck on a topic or have tech questions.

You might be wondering what makes this Help Center better than the one before. Here are just a few of our favorite features:

  • It’s searchable! Type in your question and you’ll quickly find the answer. We like to think of it as the Google of Skyword. Can’t figure out how to upload images? There’s an article for that!

  • You can leave a comment. If you found an article to be useful, go ahead and give it a thumbs-up! Maybe you realized we missed some information that would improve it. Feel free to leave a comment below the article, and someone from the Support team will follow up with you (even if it is just to accept your praise).






















  • You can now submit Writer Feature Requests on the forums. We continue to receive great ideas from you on how to make Skyword even easier to use. Now we’ve created a section where you can submit these amazing ideas and receive feedback on what the progress of the request is. Start submitting!
  • It’s now possible to share Writer Tips and Tricks. Some of our veteran Skywriters have requested a place where they can share their knowledge on topics, such as how to easily add photos to their articles or how to find the best keyword. Now you’re able to share those helpful tips that you picked up through your experience writing with Skyword!
  • You can submit a ticket. Need instant access to the brains of Skyword? Click on the orange Support tab to submit a ticket if your question was not resolved in the Help Center.


Accessing the Help Center from your Skyword account is easy. You’ll always find a blue hyperlink to the Help Center on the top, right-hand corner of every page within Skyword. You can also go to help.skyword.com and use your Skyword credentials.

This Help Center is dynamic, and we expect it to be useful for you. If you feel we have missed a topic, or if you have relevant feedback, feel free to e-mail support@skyword.com.

Find the Plane and Win $50 to Use on Amazon

Now on to the fun stuff! In an effort to get you comfortable with the new Help Center, we have hidden the following picture of an airplane in randomly selected articles. Finding the picture will enter you in a raffle for a $50 Amazon Gift Card. See that? We’ll give you knowledge and presents!

The picture will be hidden in a different article daily, ending with a raffle drawing on 5/24/2013. Send the link to the article with the hidden picture to support@skyword.com for one entry into the raffle. After that, tweet a short message that includes #foundtheplane and @SkywordSupport for another entry. We recommend that you not link back to the article — others will find it, thus lowering your chances of winning.

Support Hours
We’ve extended our chat hours from 9:00 a.m. ET to 9:00 p.m. ET, Mondays through Thursdays. Friday’s hours are 9:00 a.m. ET to 5:00 p.m. ET, and Sunday’s hours are from 5:00 p.m. ET to 9:00 p.m. ET.
